Self catering properties include all the normal facilities of a standard home - bedrooms, lounge and dining areas, well equipped kitchens and guest laundry.
Self catering cottages or houses may also be found on larger properties that offer bed and breakfast in the residence of the host. This is quite usual on a farmstay where there is a homestead and farm cottages.
